代表者について – Ikuno
生野 ジレノ（GI Ikuno） は、日本とブラジルで活動する起業家・作家・金融コンサルタントです。
ブラジル生まれ。母は日本人、父はブラジル人のハーフとして育ち、家庭では日本語の言葉を少しずつ母から学びました。独学で日本語を習得し、公文式学習法で読み書きをマスターしました。
19歳のときには、すでにブラジルで 電子雑誌 と 地域新聞 の2つのメディア事業を創業し、若くしてマーケティングや広告の分野に挑戦しました。 また、
その後、日本へ移住し、11年間サラリーマンとして働いた経験を経て、起業の道へ進みました。 現在は、ブラジル料理・ベトナム料理のレストラン経営や文化イベントの企画など、幅広い分野で活動しています。
彼の歩みは ゼロから築き上げた挑戦の歴史です。親族の資産や支援に頼らず、すべてを自らの力で実現してきました。外国人として日本で起業する中で数々の困難に直面しながらも、それを乗り越えて成功を収めました。

About Ikuno
Gileno Ikuno (GI Ikuno) is an entrepreneur, author, and financial consultant active in both Japan and Brazil.
Born in Brazil, the son of a Japanese mother and a Brazilian father, he grew up as a half-Japanese (mestiço), experiencing both cultures in his daily life. At home, his mother spoke to him in simple Japanese, which sparked his interest in the language. Being self-taught, he mastered Japanese reading and writing through the Kumon method.
By the age of 19, he had already founded two media companies in Brazil: an online magazine and a regional printed newspaper, showcasing his early passion for marketing, advertising, and communication. Beyond entrepreneurship, Ikuno has always been driven by creativity:

Fashion: designs his own clothes, crafted by his seamstress mother.

Music: owns a music studio, plays guitar, bass, and acoustic instruments, and has knowledge of drums and piano.
Later, he moved to Japan, where he worked for 11 years as a salaried employee before stepping into entrepreneurship. Today, he manages Brazilian and Vietnamese restaurants and is involved in cultural and business events.
His journey is one of resilience and self-achievement: everything he built came from scratch, without inherited wealth or family support. As a Brazilian entrepreneur in Japan, he faced cultural and bureaucratic barriers, but overcame them to build a successful career.
Our Goal
At IKUNO FLOW, our goal is to provide readers with inspiration, knowledge, and courage through books.
We want to prove that anyone can start from zero and achieve success, no matter the challenges.
